This weekend was a hot one. We were up in Monte Rio for a wonderful wedding on the Russian River (sharing more on that soon!). So we thought we would share one of our first weddings from this season way back in January when it was chilly- sunny but chilly and so, so pretty. You know- we are trying to catch this blog up a bit, so many amazing days to share!

This celebration took place in San Francisco’s Presidio and it was a stunner for sure. We got to collaborate with the super talented Home Sweet Flowers and loved how this day came together. Friends and family came from all over to celebrate the vows of these two on a crisp California winter day! SO much love and happiness and we hope you enjoy!

Sharing this session from some of our favorite coastline here around the Bay Area. Pescadero is a pretty special place and these two had a lovely anniversary session on the beach during sunset. Anniversary sessions are such a great way to keep on documenting your story together. These two have been married and together for a long time and are welcoming their third child into their family! Honoring your relationship as your family grows and changes is super important and we were happy to be a part of it. It is June and that means summer, beach days, bike rides in the sun and fun and that also means that these two will be tying the knot soon and we can’t believe we haven’t shared their session  on the blog. Well we can believe it because we have been lagging on posting all of the epic folks we have been collaborating with- but you know we are trying to catch up! We have been trying to have a couple of beach days ourselves this Summer and this session just happened to be along West Cliff in our home town of Santa Cruz.  Sunset bike rides and cliff walks are some of our favorites and we loved meeting up with these two for their beach engagement session. Happy almost summer out there everyone- we hope you have some beach days planned too!

Okay May- you were a good month- a great month actually. Full of fun weddings in Sonoma, SF, Carmel Valley and the Redwoods and some pretty wonderful sessions like this one we are sharing today. These two are a pair of builders- woodworkers- creatives and they spent some time creating a tiny home in the Santa Cruz mountains that they could call home. We met up with them to document them in their space and have these images to share. Custom couch, custom floors, custom cabinets.. their space is beautiful and we love these two and the work they do- check more out here including a sweet video our gal Seafoam Films made!

A Pescadero engagement session just seemed like the right thing to share after the crazy last few weeks we have had. Pescadero is some of our favorite stretch of coastline- it’s relaxed but rugged and we love photo adventuring there any chance we get. The session we are sharing was particularly lovely and watching the sunset over the cliffs is always a favorite! We can’t wait for these two to tie the knot this summer and we had so much fun walking the hills with them! We’ve had some really amazing elopements, weddings + engagement sessions these last couple of weeks so big apologies for the radio silence over here. Can’t wait to share more soon but for now- enjoy this relaxing day from Pescadero….uh we wish we were there relaxing but for now, back to the inbox:)
