We’re happy to take a closer look at this beautiful Barndiva wedding today! The world is a little strange right now and we have been sheltering in place for the last 30 days. You probably have been too! We were to be in New Orleans photographing a wedding and all over CA documenting love and happy moments as well. It’s all been postponed, canceled and basically put on pause for the time being.
We’re bummed, but mostly feeling hopeful that all of this will settle soon. We hope that for those who are truly being impacted by COVID that it will all be settled, and soon! Sure, our business is basically put on hold (so many weddings are being postponed). The good news is we are healthy and together and counting our blessings in our little bungalow here in Santa Cruz. With this time we have been reflecting on the last 10 years of our photo biz and Jeff and I agree that it’s time we started sharing some images from all of the gorgeous celebrations we have been lucky enough to document over the last few seasons. We’re getting starting today with this lovely Barndiva wedding!
We have been slow at blogging and nothing like a forced shutdown to get us reminiscing about all the lovely weekends we have had collaborating with just the sweetest couples and vendors. This day was a favorite up in Healdsburg, CA. If you haven’t been there lately- as soon as you can, you absolutely should go. It’s a dream of a place full of wineries, cute cafes and shops all surrounding a tree lined square in some classic California golden hills.
We love Healdsburg and we loved this celebration at the incredible restaurant and venue Barndiva. It was a warm day for sure and the sun light filtering through the trees was just magic. It was a dream teaming up with an awesome team of creatives for this beautiful day and hello beautiful to Lydia in her Carolina Herrera wedding dress!
