Sharkfin Cove Engagement Session

We love this Sharkfin Cove engagement session! To be honest, we drive by Sharkfin Cove at least four times a week. It’s a beautiful place and it happens to be on the way from our house to some of our favorite places to play and surf and hang out with our pups. Highway 1 North of Santa Cruz is chock full of beautiful beaches and cliff views (right now there are even whales most days!). Davenport is a special little town on Highway 1. It makes for a great day of hiking + adventuring for sure.

Meeting up with S+J was an awesome day and we got the best of Santa Cruz’s coastline. We met in the redwood trees for a few frames and hiked around some classic grassy fields and forested trails. Then we made our way down to Sharkfin Cove for more engagement pics. We got lucky and there were only a few other folks on the beach with us that day. If you’ve been to Sharkfin you know that’s rare. Usually there are a ton of folks getting that Instagram selfie with the iconic rock. Running around with these two was a dream and we hope you enjoy their smiles as much as we do!
